"THE GREAT ATTRITION". More than 19 million US workers have quit their jobs since April 2021, a record pace disrupting businesses everywhere. Instead of feeling acknowledged and appreciated, employees feel used and undervalued or just transactions. According to a McKinsey & Company report, 40% of respondents are considering quitting in the coming months.
